You can achieve Total Inner Peace when you clear all negative charges that you have held towards other people, events or even towards yourself, in the past.
Dr James Hardt has been working on neurofeedback by measuring the brain waves of various people in his lab in Canada. He has discovered that Zen monks, billionaires and even people with mystical abilities, amongst others, have brain waves that are unusual; but also that they can be replicated through brain training!
Inner peace is closely related to alpha brain waves. Alpha waves are the ones that are active when you are in the day-dream state, or when you first wake up. So if you can train your brain to create alpha waves at will, you are well on your way to developing that inner peace!
Dr Hardt discovered that one particular woman was creating an unexpected level of alpha waves. As it turned out she was creating them when she was forgiving people in her mind. She was creating waves with high amplitude with great coherence between the two sides of the brain. High amplitude and high coherence gives the best results.
So when we are looking for inner peace we need to create alpha waves. ne of the best ways to do that is to go through a forgiveness exercise. With forgiveness we can reduce feelings of anger and hostility and increase feelings of love and trust. When you can get that freedom from events of the past that have bogged you down, you can even find that aches and pains clear up as well!
In this way you can become more responsible for your own happiness.
With a bit of practice you become unfuckwithable! Whereby nothing that anyone says or does affects you and negativity can't touch you!
When you can forgive people and events at will, you demonstrate that you are strong and they are weak. Because you are able to forgive and show compassion you soon become at peace with your self. The more you practice the better you get and the sooner you become unfuckwithable!
